The inspiration for Men on a Voyage of Excellence is knowing that as men we bear the responsibility for shaping our world 

The state of the world is currently down to the impact of decisions largely taken by men. If the world is going to be better, men in every place will need to elevate their consciousness and act with an awareness of their power. 

Men traditionally have occupied the role of leaders in the home, the family, communities and nations. Women play an immense role in every aspect of human life and there are countless examples of women doing an amazing job of leading at home, at work and in industry and in politics and government.

MOVE celebrates all achievements of women and certainly has no desire to diminish what inspired and courageous women are bringing to pass.

This is a rallying call for men to be all we have been created to be such that our wives and children can reap the benefits of men who know who they are and are pushing for the best.

I encourage men to join me  join me on the quest of creating an environment that will lead to better results for men at home, at work and in business, as leaders in our communities and the national and international stage.
